Product Description

Equipped with two creasing tools (male/ female) and a cross perforating tool, the CP375 DUO performs up to 20 creases and 20 perforations simultaneously in a single run. An optional strike perforating tool can be added for increased versatility.

The innovative creasing and perforating system features an interchangeable toolbar system with two slots where users can easily mix and match the tools to create a multitude of applications. The creasing and perforating tools may be used in either slot which are electronically detected and the relevant pressure is automatically adjusted.

Standard cross tools

Two parallel cross tool positions allow to perforate(standard and stop perforation) and crease (up and down crease) in one run.

Inline perforating heads

The CP375 DUO can be equipped with up to four programmable perforating heads; all of them plug and play.

Two cross tool positions

The creasing and perforating tools are automatically detected and the relevant pressure is automatically set. No manual adjustments are needed.

Multiple applications

The creasing tools (positive and negative) as well as the perforating tools (standard and stop perforation) may be used on either tool position.

Touchscreen

Very simple and menu driven operation. All elementary settings are entered directly over the touch screen.

Double sheet detection (standard)

A professional ultrasonic double sheet detection system which offers a 100% control ofall sheets running through the machine.

One touch operation

A small, centralised and ergonomic operating panel offers all necessary functions for a fast production start.

Side guide system

The side guide unite features a very precise sheet in feed system: simple one hand operation, top guiding system for secure and straight in feed.

Vacuum pile feeder

The pile feeder is using a vacuum belt technology and air knife control for a perfect sheet separation. It handles paper sizes from105 x 148 mm to 375 x1050 mm.

Stop perforation in both directions is one of the key features of the new TOUCHLINE CP375 DUO. In conjunction with the online creasing and folding machine TOUCHLINE TCF375, the CP375 DUO will be able to produce even more complex jobs online; stop perforation in both directions, creasing and folding all in one operation!
